1996 Ranger 488VS. If I had to describe this boat in one word it would be AWESOME! You could shop for years and never come across a boat in this condition. This is a Forest Wood Comanche, some say the best he ever built, period! At Just over 20' it is all the boat you'll ever need. Come out and you'll agree this boat shows like a 2 year old boat.
Tandem axle Ranger trail trailer with fiberglass color matched fenders riding on aluminum wheels(with zero pitting) and year old Goodyear tires(including spare). 24V Motorguide trolling motor. "Hot Foot" foot throttle. Left foot trim switch. Hydraulic Power Steering. Johnson 200 hp Venom w/ 4 blade stainless steel prop. Low hours(under 200) and has never hit or scraped the bottom. Original vinyl seating is rip and tear free. Is still soft and supple from being garage kept. The original carpeting is in great condition including the inside storage compartments. Includes Lowrance depth finders and gps forward and at the helm. Flasher at the helm to catch the depth on the fly. The plastic on the twin consoles is still like new and is not faded whatsoever. Both windscreens are clean and clear and are not distorted or faded. The gauges all function along with all switches and lights, no sun fade on the switches. The hull has no scratches from rocks or piers. The Bright blue gelcoat shines brightly.
